For the 1st time in over 8 years, CFT is now offering membership options! That's right. I've created some great membership levels for CFT clients to choose from! Now you don't have to worry about how many sessions you have left or that you've used up your sessions! These give you UNLIMITED classes and training options! Chose the membership level that works best for you!

Membership Options Are A Monthly Charge and Have a 12-Month Commitment.

An unlimited class pass. That means you can attend as many classes as you want each & every month. Plus you will get 1-60minute Personal Training Session Per Month to track your progress and keep you on track for your fitness goals.

Refund/Return/Cancellation Policy: Once we process your order you have 24 hours to request a refund. After 24 hours we will be more then happy to provide you with an inhouse credit (gift certificate) or transfer the services you purchased to another name (you can gift your the services you purchased to another person). If you need to cancel a session with us, please give us a 24 hour notice. Not providing a 24 hour notice will result in being charged for the session.
